Fringford C.E. Primary School

Welcome Latest News : January 2011

Our former web site (celebrating 25 years since the 1973 school buildings were opened) is still available.

Welcome to the web site of Fringford Church of England Primary School. This is a small village school situated just to the north of Bicester in Oxfordshire. We currently have 104 pupils on roll aged 4-11 years.

This is a good school. Pupils achieve well and their personal development and pastoral care are outstanding. Ofsted (May 2008)

We provide a friendly, secure and stimulating environment in which children can develop and achieve their full potential.

Parents too, are overwhelmingly positive about their children's education and say, 'it is a very happy school with a strong emphasis on learning and raising pupils' self-esteem'. Ofsted (May 2008)

We hope that our website will give an overview of what our school is like as well as serving as a communications link between school and parents. More formal information about our school is available in our school profile and in the latest Ofsted report (May 2008).

... all groups of pupils achieve well and make good progress .... By the end of Year 6, standards are well above average overall. Ofsted (May 2008)

Thank you for your interest in our school. If you would like to arrange a visit, or require further information, please contact the school office.
